The standard design incorporates a captive integrated self-aligning top platen to ensure accurate measurement of any miss-aligned loads. The spherical faces of the platen are lapped to ensure accuracy for the most demanding calibration standards.
These load cells can be supplied with a factory works calibration certificate traceable to national standards or a NPL calibration certificate. They can also be supplied tested and ready for calibration by the customers preferred test laboratory.
